No Hunger Holiday 2019

Fort Zumwalt East High School will be collecting turkeys and money to purchase turkeys for the No Hunger Holiday on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in the morning. Turkeys are the most substantial part of the food basket. This year, more than 3,500 families will be served by No Hunger Holiday and the need keeps growing. The St. Charles County Juvenile Office and No Hunger Holiday will present a traveling trophy to the school who donates the most turkeys in our district. It would be awesome to win the trophy and help St. Charles families in need.

Mrs. Munro's leadership class is sponsoring a Penny War to benefit the turkey drive and the Knights of Columbus Turkey Dinner for St. Charles Needy on Monday November 11th - Friday November 15th during 5th hour.  Students should bring silver coins, dollars, or checks to add to the classroom balance and pennies to subtract from a classrooms balance.  Prizes for the top 3 classes are cake, pizza or popcorn. The class that comes in 1st place will choose their prize first.

Let's bring our school spirit and donate turkeys to help support No Hunger Holiday!
