DuBray has a new kiosk for visitors to sign in and obtain name tags. Below is an overview of the visitor process.
Guests must use the buzzer located next to the front doors to be admitted into the building.
Please push the button, introduce yourself and our receptionist can buzz you in.
If you are here to:
Drop off an item for a student, proceed to the main office.
Drop off medicine, proceed to the clinic.
Pick up or drop off a student, proceed to the attendance window.
Attend a meeting, have lunch with a student, volunteer, etc., proceed to the Visitor Kiosk to obtain a badge. Once signed in, you can have a seat in the main office.
At the Visitor Kiosk, you will scan your I.D., select the location of the building you will be visiting, and will be prompted to take a photo. Once the process is complete, a badge will print. Visitors must wear name tags at all times while in the building. If you forget your I.D., you are able to manually enter your information at the kiosk to sign into the building.
